Microsoft 365 Lighthouse has introduced quick navigation features, enabling users to jump directly to the details page of any tenant from anywhere within Lighthouse. With the integration of Sales Advisor, an AI-powered tool, MSPs can now receive insights and recommendations to improve customer relationships. This proactive approach helps anticipate customer needs and maximize their investment in Microsoft 365.
