I have been asked a lot recently for updates around getting staff certified to help with the upcoming changes to Solutions Partner Designations.
The best place to start is Microsoft Learn.
Microsoft Learn is a great website that provides a large amount of learning resources for resellers wanting to enhance their skills across the Microsoft stack.
From the main page you can choose your personalized learning journey, track your progress, earn certifications, and gain practical skills through real-world scenarios.
There is a lot on offer, to make it easier to find the required path this PDF (with clickable links) allows you to jump straight to the relevant section within Microsoft Learn.
Linking Tracking and Certifications within your Business
An important step is to make sure the individuals sitting the certifications are associated to your business. Otherwise they won’t count towards your Solutions Partner Designation, each individual needs to associate themselves to your business, this can’t be done by a Global Admin

The Certifications are linked to the individual that attained them, if they leave so does the Certification.
To Keep tabs on how many certifications you have linked to your business, jump to the training dashboard in Partner Centre. (What this page shows will depend on what role you are logged in under, full visibility is shown if you are Executive Report Viewer.)
