Microsoft created this program to provide you an opportunity to learn more about Microsoft Defender for Business (“MDB”) and Microsoft 365 Business Premium (“BP” )and the endless opportunities they offer to you as a partner as well as your small and medium business customers.
The Program is designed to encourage development of partner offers based around Microsoft security business and drive increased sales of MDB and Business Premium. This Program is governed by and your participation in the Program is subject to the Microsoft Small and Medium Business Security Scholarship Program terms and conditions.

The Program is open to partners that are members of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider [CSP] program and who are “indirect resellers” as defined in the Cloud Solution Provider Agreement (“Eligible Partners”). Distributors or direct partners are not eligible for the Program.
Through the Program, qualifying partners will have the opportunity to be one of the 100 partners to send one employee to a Microsoft partner event in Spring 2023 where Microsoft will provide training on MDB.
