OneDrive has come a long way since it first launched. OneDrive can now be the centre of your files experience in Microsoft 365. 

Not for just storage, OneDrive powers sharing, collaboration, and File security. Onedrive holds trillions of files, with approximately 2 billion files added everyday across the globe. 

OneDrive is adapting as the Modern work work as the landscape changes. Files you work on span across OneDrive, extend to SharePoint document libraries, travel as attachments in meeting invites, and get exchanged through Teams chats. OneDrive is the one place you can easily find the files for all of these.

Simpler File Management, The feature in the below image allow you to quickly find the file you are looking for.

One of My most used is the People view: Sometimes I don’t remember the name of a file, but I do remember who shared it with me.  

The new browse files by meetings tab are very useful too, this shows a list of all your past Teams Meetings with all the recordings and files attached. 

I also love the simplified sharing files and copying links is now the most user-friendly it’s ever been, and there are less clicks involved. 

 

Add a bit of Colour to the Folders


This feature can help you group certain folders for quick reference. Simply right click on the folder in the browser view of outlook and change the folder colour.
