Dicker Data is looking to support our Partners in uncovering new opportunities for Microsoft 365 Premium SKUs within your customer base.

Many of our partners have advised that they are currently oversubscribed and under-resourced, and Dicker Data would like to do what we can to help you to continue to grow your business under these conditions.

We have recently been piloting a new Customer Insights Program which is helping our partners progress new upsell opportunities within their customer base.

This is initially targeted at Microsoft 365 Business Basic & Business Standard customers, with Dicker Data representatives contacting these customers to ask some targeted discovery questions on components of Microsoft 365 Business Premium such as Mailbox Protection, Multi-Factor Authentication, Protecting Business Data & Managing Devices.

The Dicker Data representative can either take the above approach of having a discovery discussion with your customer, or if you would prefer to present the value proposition of Business Premium to your customer via an online webinar, or in-person event, then the representative could also help with pre-event or post-event call downs on the attending customers.

Dicker Data Customer Insights Program Options

  • Dicker Data representative contacts End-Customer to uncover potential upsell opportunity by asking discovery question, with any leads generated passed back to the partner to close deal.

  • Drive attendance to a Partner webinar or in-person event by contacting registration list.

  • Perform follow-up post-event to gauge interest on upsell, before passing back to partner to close deal.


Best of all, this is a Dicker Data led, value-add initiative that will come at no cost to any partner that decides to engage on this program.
