This contactless, partner‑branded solution saves time, reduces handling, and keeps pricing hidden, with digital delivery documents and tracking available through our secure portal.

Our Purpose Built Facility

Boasting a dedicated warehouse facility with over 39,000m2 capacity, located south of Sydney in Kurnell, NSW, Dicker Data’s office is conveniently located within 45 minutes of the Sydney CBD. Our partners have the option to collect their orders from our warehouse between 9:00am and 4:00pm on business days.  

We also extend an invitation to partners to book facility tours in advance, offering them the opportunity to experience the size and scale of the Dicker Data operation, including our dedicated configuration, staging and third-party logistics facility.

What is drop shipping and why does it benefit my business?

Drop shipping sends technology products directly from Dicker Data to your customer. You avoid double-handling, reduce delivery time, and free up your team to focus on selling and support instead of warehousing and logistics. 

How does drop shipping improve speed to customer?

Orders ship straight from our purpose-built facility in Auckland to your end customer. Bypassing your office or warehouse removes delays and helps you meet tight project timelines, especially for urgent requirements and rollouts. 

Can I keep my brand front and centre with drop shipping?

Yes. You can personalise shipping documents with your logo so your customer experiences your brand. Pricing is not included on shipping documents. We use neutral, professional packaging suitable for business deliveries. 

What visibility do I get once the order leaves the warehouse?

You receive complete visibility and real-time tracking from dispatch to delivery. Digital copies of delivery dockets are available via our secure web portal for easy record keeping. 

Can I collect an order instead if that suits my customer?

Yes. Partners can collect orders from our Auckland warehouse between 9:00am and 4:00pm on business days. Choose what works best for your project. 

Does drop shipping support sustainability goals?
