Meet the Speakers

Sarah Loiterton
Host
With extensive experience in the technology sector, including over 10 years at Dicker Data, Sarah leads the Microsoft Cloud strategy across ANZ, specialising in distribution channels, partner management and go-to-market strategy. She is passionate about helping partners navigate market momentum and changes, ensuring they have the technical depth and enablement support needed to capture new opportunities in the evolving Microsoft ecosystem.

Paul Heaton
Switched to Indirect

With over 30 years of Microsoft experience, Paul co-founded cubesys as a dedicated Microsoft specialist with a mission to democratise the cloud. After a decade as a successful Direct CSP partner, Paul made the strategic switch to an Indirect partnership with Dicker Data to unlock new growth opportunities and enterprise-grade support, driving expansion into the mid-market and SMB segments.

Simon Browne
Remained Indirect

Simon founded DDS IT in 2003, growing it from a one-person operation to a team of 100+ staff, serving major clients across New Zealand. Despite having the size and capability to meet Microsoft’s new requirements and qualify for Direct CSP status, Simon has strategically chosen to remain an Indirect partner. This decision enables him to focus on operational efficiency and leverage Dicker Data’s people and programs to drive growth while maintaining DDS IT's signature family values approach to business.
