If you have purchased a product from Dicker Data and it is found to be defective or not as described, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Who can submit a return request?

Return requests can be submitted by Dicker Data account holders. All returns are subject to approval in line with Dicker Data’s returns process and the applicable vendor’s return policy.

How do I start a return?

 Download and complete the Dicker Data RMA form, then email it to Returns.Authorities@dickerdata.co.nz with the relevant details for your brand. Each manufacturer has its own process. Please refer to the brand-specific warranty process documents in the table above to make sure you follow the right steps. 

Do I need approval before returning goods?

 Yes. All returns need to be approved by Dicker Data before you send anything back. Each manufacturer has their own return terms, so approval will depend on the relevant vendor policy. If goods arrive without prior authorisation, we may not be able to accept them. 

How long does it take to process a return?

 It depends on the vendor, the product, and the reason for the return. Once we've received and approved your return, we'll process it as quickly as possible in line with the manufacturer's turnaround times. Your RMA submission email will give you a clearer idea of what to expect for your specific case.
