DICKER DATA ENSURES COMPLETE BUSINESS CONTINUITY FOR NZ CHANNEL THROUGHOUT THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

As parts of New Zealand move back into lockdown , we want you, our reseller customers, vendor partners and friends to know Dicker Data is Open for business and fully operational in New Zealand.

All our office, warehouse and distribution centre functions remain uninterrupted.
As with previous waves, Dicker Data will continue to support you and your customers during this period. With ample stock on hand and our experienced, locally based teams available to assist you, we are committed to providing you and your business with our highest standard of service and customer support.

We are closely monitoring this evolving situation as it unfolds and will continue to proactively adapt our approach according to the advice of Ministry of Health NZ.

We are following strict health guidelines and have set in place a range of precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our people, including the mobilisation of our technical resources and remote working capability; extending warehouse operating hours; and reorganising our workforce to mitigate risk and avoid potential delays in order fulfilment.

There will be a temporary restriction to our Auckland office and a hold on customer collections from 11.59pm, 17 August until further notice so we can protect our people and our warehouse environment. Please do not attempt to collect your orders from our Auckland warehouse, all orders during Level 4 will be sent via courier.

The team will continue to keep you informed of any developments and ask you maintain communication with us on any changes within your business that may impact Dicker Data.

We greatly appreciate your ongoing support and cooperation and look forward to working together to manage this period as seamlessly as possible.
