Travel Conditions

Trip is subject to change due to vendor discretion, travel restrictions, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic).

The winner accepts personal liability whilst travelling with the group of winners.

Winners are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and accept full responsibility for understanding the coverage and terms of any policy they choose to purchase.


Conduct and Representation

Winners are expected to behave professionally and in alignment with Dicker Data and vendor values.

Misuse of the incentive, falsified data, or unethical conduct may result in disqualification.



Taxation & Reporting

All Participants are responsible for compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, employment, contractual limitations, and employer’s policies regarding participant’s eligibility to participate and/or receive prize(s) in this and similar programs

If an individual is participating in violation of their employer’s policies, that individual and its employer may be disqualified from this program and/or from receiving a prize. Dicker Data disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an individual and their employer related to this matter.

Winners may be featured in promotional content (social, email, video, etc.).

All personal information will be handled in accordance with Dicker Data’s privacy policy.


Changes & Cancellation

Dicker Data reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the incentive or prize at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in vendor funding.

Management, employees or contractors of Dicker Data and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Please note that Dicker Data is conscious of its obligations under privacy laws to protect your privacy.
