By purchasing an NOTHING 4a Black 8+128 (A10400282), White 8+128 (A10400284), Black 8+256 (A10400312), White 8+256 (A10400313), Black 12+256 (A10400283), White 12+256 (A10400285), Blue 12+256 (A10400286), Pink 12+256 (A10400287) through a Participating Retailer, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

Participating Retailer means JB Hi-Fi NZ and Noel Leeming.

This offer applies to purchases of the following Eligible Products through a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period: NOTHING 4a Black 8+128 (A10400282), White 8+128 (A10400284), Black 8+256 (A10400312), White 8+256 (A10400313), Black 12+256 (A10400283), White 12+256 (A10400285), Blue 12+256 (A10400286), Pink 12+256 (A10400287). The Promotion Period begins at 9:00AM (NZDT) on 23rd March 2026 and ends at 11:59PM (NZDT) 23rd April 2026.

NOTHING reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason without notice.

Claimants must; be an NZ resident, be aged 18+, maintain receipt(s), and supply the serial number (IMEI) of the eligible product. Claims will be assessed within 3 days of submission. Successful claims should allow up to 60 days for delivery of their bonus from the date of claim acceptance validation. Limit 1 redemption per person.

This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred to any other person. It also cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

As the purchaser of an Eligible Product, you may submit a claim for Gift(s) including: one (1) NOTHING Ear (a) with a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of $189.00 (incl GST). You may submit a claim by visiting our distribution partners website at https://www.dickerdata.co.nz/nothing/phone-4a-preorder-offer completing all requested information in the online redemption form, including providing your personal details (such as name, date of birth, address), providing proof of purchase details (such as receipt of purchase) as well as activation details of the Eligible Product (such as device IMEI number) between 9:00AM (NZDT) on 23rd March 2026 and ends at 11:59PM (NZDT) 23rd April 2026. An individual may submit a maximum of one (1) claim for the Gift(s), and NOTHING may in its sole discretion reject any second or subsequent claim for the Gift(s).

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges of the Eligible Product and the promotional offer are subject to the policy of Participating Retailer where the purchase was made, as well as to the protections provided by the New Zealand Consumer Law. If the Eligible Product is returned or exchanged for an ineligible product, the Gift(s) must also be returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, the amount of the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the Gift(s) (“Promotion Savings”) will be deducted from the return or exchange.

Once the Gift(s) has been submitted and claimed, no change of mind will be allowed, and no exchanges will be permitted. However, if the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the qualified purchaser will not receive credit for the difference.

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS

For eligible purchases made at participating retailers, you must demonstrate that you meet the requirements prior to your purchase. Public entities, government entities, non-profit organizations, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and NOTHING reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. In the unlikely event that the specified Gift(s) are unavailable, NOTHING may provide a substitute item of equal or greater value, subject to stock availability.

Claims must be submitted before 21st May 2026. Claims will be assessed within 3 days of submission and claimants will be contacted via email should the claim be rejected or require further information. Successful claimants should allow up to sixty (60) days for delivery of the Gift(s) from the date they receive notification from NOTHING and Dicker Data that they have submitted a valid Eligible Claim. NOTHING will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Gift(s) within sixty (60) days of the purchase date, extended timeframes may occur during high-demand periods or due to factors outside NOTHING’s control, such as freight delays or network disruptions. NOTHING is not responsible for any delay once the Gift(s) have been handed over to the nominated courier or retail fulfilment partner, except as required under the New Zealand Consumer Law. Gift(s) will be delivered to mailing address submitted at the time of submitting an Eligible Claim.

DELIVERY OF GIFT(S)

Delivery timeframes may vary based on stock availability, delivery address, and courier schedules.

Gift(s) cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Locked Bags. Customers must provide a valid New Zealand address at the time of purchase. NOTHING and its fulfilment partners are not responsible for any loss or delay resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate delivery address.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS

The offer will be provided to the individuals that purchase a NOTHING 4a Black 8+128 (A10400282), White 8+128 (A10400284), Black 8+256 (A10400312), White 8+256 (A10400313), Black 12+256 (A10400283), White 12+256 (A10400285), Blue 12+256 (A10400286), Pink 12+256 (A10400287) in accordance with these terms. Without limiting these terms, NOTHING may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the New Zealand Consumer Law. NOTHING is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of this Offer.
