Terms & Conditions: All eligible HPE Networking (Aruba & Juniper) orders placed between 1 May 2026 and 31 October 2026 will be deemed eligible for participation in this promotion. To qualify for one (1) of ten (10) available prizes consisting of a V8 Supercars driving experience at Hampton Downs, Auckland, participants must be an Authorised Reseller of HPE and Juniper Networking products and achieve the highest percentage over-achievement against their allocated target of invoiced sales within the HPE Networking Business Unit during the Promotion Period. Individual and/or company targets will be confirmed upon formal acceptance into the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is subject to confirmation of eligibility by Dicker Data NZ. Dicker Data NZ reserves the right to refuse participation to any party at its sole discretion. All reseller accounts must be current and in good standing with Dicker Data NZ, including that all accounts receivable balances are fully up to date, in order to be eligible to receive any Prize. Participants must hold a valid and unrestricted full driver’s licence at the time of the event in order to participate in any driving activity. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of a valid licence may result in disqualification from the driving component of the Prize, or forfeiture of the Prize in its entirety, at Dicker Data NZ’s sole discretion. Standard gift, hospitality, and gratuity policies apply. If a Prize (or any component thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, Dicker Data NZ reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. Visual representations of Prizes are indicative only and may differ from the actual Prize awarded. Dicker Data NZ accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities incurred by participants arising from acceptance or use of any Prize. Participants are advised to seek independent financial and taxation advice. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Where a participant is unable or unwilling to accept a Prize, Dicker Data NZ reserves the right to award the Prize to the next eligible participant. Platinum Partners and Pacific Island Partners are excluded from participation in the Promotion. The nominated contact person for an eligible partner organisation shall not be guaranteed to be the recipient of any Prize. Allocation of Prizes shall be determined solely by the relevant partner organisation. Winning participants must submit full details of Prize recipients no later than 6 November 2026 to facilitate event coordination and travel arrangements. Failure to meet the Recipient Deadline may result in forfeiture of the Prize, at the Promoter’s discretion.
