Terms & Conditions: All eligible HPE Compute, Storage and Services orders invoiced between 1st November 2025 and 30th April 2026 will count towards this promotion. To earn a reward in each of the Business Unit categories, partner must be a Gold, Silver or Business Partner and have the highest percentage over-achievement of their target of sales invoiced for that related Business Unit (Compute or Storage). Company Targets will be provided once a partner registers. Multipliers are earned if the specified product line is purchased within the promo period. Multipliers will boost the revenue of the purchased focus product by the factor (e.g 1.5x, 2x or 3x) assigned to each of the focus products shown in the categories above and will be added to your total revenue for that category. To earn the HPE New Partner Seat, a partner must first meet the eligibility requirements for this category (as shown in the category section above) and have the highest revenue out of all the Net new HPE partners signed up to HPE as a partner during the promo period. If there are no new partners signed up and transacting or the eligibility criteria is not met then the seat will be reallocated and awarded to a top-performing HPE partner as Wild Card seat. A reseller can earn only one seat. If a partner earns a seat in more than one of the categories then they will be awarded the seat in order of priority: 1st New Partner seat, 2nd Storage Seat and 3rd Compute Seat. The other category seat(s) will then be awarded to the next highest over-achieving partner. If there are no partners that meet the category requirements then the seat will be awarded to the partner with the highest overall HPE Compute and Storage sales that has not already earned a seat. To be eligible to receive any prize the reseller’s accounts receivable with Dicker Data must be up to date. Standard gift and gratuity policy applies. If, for any reason, a prize is unavailable Dicker Data reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equal value. Prizes may differ slightly from those pictured. Dicker Data accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of a reseller participating in the promotion. Participants should obtain independent tax and financial advice. If the reseller is unable to accept the reward, the reward will be given to the next eligible reseller. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of Dicker Data, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Dicker Data reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to New Zealand regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the promotion. Platinum and Pacific Island Partners are excluded from this Promo however exceptions may be made for certain partners upon discussion. Registered Person for the partner company is not guaranteed to be the recipient of a winning seat as it is up to Partner Company’s decision makers to assign recipient of winning seats. Winning partners must register details of who will be the recipient of a winning seat by 6th May 2025 to allow for sufficient time to book flights. Non-adherence to this could lead to forfeit of a winning seat. Attendance is strictly limited to the named winner of the company recipient only. Additional guests, partners or plus ones can not be accommodated on this trip/experience.
