Terms & Conditions: To qualify for a reward a partner must purchase any of the above-mentioned HPE Microsoft Windows Server ROK 2025 License SKUs alongside any HPE ProLiant Server. Rewards are outlined in the “Eligible HPE Microsoft ROK SKUs & Rewards” table above. HPE ProLiant Server hardware must be purchased on the same order as the HPE Microsoft Windows Server ROK 2025 License. Only orders placed between 1st May 2026 and 31st July 2026 will count towards this promotion. Rewards will be distributed once the promo period ends and all orders have been invoiced and rewards tallied. HPE Pacific Island partners are excluded from this promotion. To be eligible to receive any prize the reseller’s accounts receivable with Dicker Data must be up to date. Standard gift and gratuity policy applies. If, for any reason, a prize is unavailable Dicker Data reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equal value. Prizes may differ slightly from those pictured. Dicker Data accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of a reseller participating in the promotion. Participants should obtain independent tax and financial advice. If the reseller is unable to accept the reward, the reward will be given to the next eligible reseller. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of Dicker Data, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Dicker Data reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to New Zealand regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the promotion. Reward Pool is limited and once depleted, no further rewards will be provided.
