(No backorders are allowed as apart of this promotion). To be eligible to receive any prize the reseller’s accounts receivable with Dicker Data NZ must be up to date. Standard gift and gratuity policy applies. If, for any reason, a prize is unavailable Dicker Data NZ reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equal value. Prizes may differ slightly from those pictured. Dicker Data NZ accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of a reseller participating in the promotion. Participants should obtain independent tax and financial advice. If the reseller is unable to accept the reward, the reward will be given to the next eligible reseller. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of Dicker Data NZ, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Dicker Data NZ reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to New Zealand regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the promotion. Resellers must register their interest to take part in the promotion. Upon registration you will receive an update with your targets on each category. There is minimum spend gates on each category. Prizes will be sent out at the end of the promotion period based on achievement. Prizes are not accumulative, one prize per reseller is awarded based on achievement.
