If a prize becomes unavailable, Dicker Data NZ reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value. Prizes may vary from those shown in promotional materials. If a winning reseller is unable to accept the prize, it will be offered to the next eligible reseller. If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond Dicker Data NZ's reasonable control, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical issues, Dicker Data NZ reserves the right, subject to applicable New Zealand laws, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion. The individual registered for the promotion is not automatically entitled to receive a winning seat. The allocation of any awarded seat(s) is at the sole discretion of the winning partner organisation. Winning partners must nominate the recipient(s) of their seat(s) by 25 August 2026 to allow sufficient time for travel arrangements. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
