Terms & Conditions: 1. Eligibility: This initiative is open to registered charities and nonprofit organisations operating within New Zealand. Nominations may be submitted by individuals, organisations, or the charities themselves. The nominated organisation must demonstrate a genuine need for improved connectivity and how the access points will support their mission. 2. Nomination Process Nominations must be submitted via the official registration form provided by Dicker Data NZ. Each nomination must include: The name and contact details of the nominated charity. A brief description of the charity’s work and how improved connectivity will benefit their operations. Consent from the nominated charity to be considered. 3. Selection Criteria The selected charity will be chosen based on: The impact of their work within the community. The potential benefit of receiving RUCKUS access points. Alignment with the values of Dicker Data NZ and RUCKUS Networks. Final selection will be made by a panel of representatives from Dicker Data NZ and RUCKUS Networks. 4. Award Details The selected charity will receive a set number of RUCKUS access points, determined based on their needs and site requirements. Ruckus and the selected charity will agree upon a schedule for installation. Ruckus is not responsible for removal of any old equipment already on-premises of the charity. The award is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. 5. Publicity By participating, the nominated charity agrees to allow Dicker Data NZ and RUCKUS Networks to use their name, logo, and story for promotional purposes. The selected charity may be featured in marketing materials, social media, and press releases.
6. Privacy Personal information collected during the nomination process will be used solely for the purpose of this initiative. All data will be handled in accordance with Dicker Data NZ’s privacy policy. 7. General Conditions Dicker Data NZ reserves the right to modify or cancel the initiative at any time. Decisions made by the selection panel are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Participation in the initiative constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
