Customising a Mac

Apple is able to custom-configure any new Mac, based on a variety of options available to the customer at the time of purchase. As an Apple Authorised Reseller, you can order these configure-to-order (CTO) products. Apple Authorised Resellers can access the CTO portal. 

If you have purchased a product from Dicker Data and it is found to be defective or not as described, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Each manufacturer has their own comprehensive returns policy that covers products purchased from them. To initiate a return, please review the instructions for Apple on our Returns Portal.

Only AppleCare provides one-stop service and support from Apple experts, enabling most issues to be resolved in a single call. AppleCare benefits are distinct from and in addition to the Apple Limited Warranty and the consumer rights guaranteed under New Zealand law. 

The Device Enrolment Program (DEP) helps businesses deploy and configure Apple devices. DEP provides a fast, streamlined way to deploy organisation-owned iPad, iPhone, Mac and Apple TV devices purchased directly from Apple or participating Apple Authorised Resellers or carriers.
